Whenever I buy food at the 99 Cent Store, I always check the expiration date. I have never found anything on the shelf past its expiration date.
They are going into one discount store and making it sound like they're all that way. They are extrapolating!!
What really put it over the top was the "no refund policy", like anybody would go through the trouble to return anything they bought at the 99 Cent Store.
I think it was a slow news day when they wrote that piece and Peter Jennings is probably rolling over in his grave.
